TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY DRISHTA VIDYA LLP (“COMPANY”, “WE”, “OUR”, “US”), YOU (“USER”, “YOU”, “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1. SCOPE OF TERMS

These Terms govern your access to and use of our in‑person, virtual, and online learning programmes, websites (including https://drishtavidya.com), mobile applications, and all associated content and services (collectively, “Services”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register for the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep it updated, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept all risks of unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect inaccurate information or misuse.

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We provide training programmes, workshops, coaching, assessments, and related educational resources in areas including but not limited to leadership, emotional intelligence, and productivity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

5. FEES, PAYMENTS & TAXES

5.1 Fees: Prices for programmes are displayed at the time of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net‑banking, wallets, and other methods via our authorised payment gateway partners.

5.3 Invoices & GST: If you supply a valid GSTIN, invoices will be issued accordingly.

5.4 Non‑payment: Access to Services may be suspended for failed or disputed payments until resolved.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, videos, materials, and software in the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You receive a limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to use such content solely for your personal, non‑commercial learning. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires prior written consent.

7. USER CONTENT

You may submit comments, assignments, or other content (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such User Content for operating and improving the Services. You warrant that you own or have rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• (a) Violate any applicable law;
• (b) Upload harmful, infringing, or obscene content;
• (c) Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;
• (d) Reverse‑engineer or disrupt the Services;
• (e) Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel a booking and request a refund are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Services. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your licence ends and Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to attempt resolution by amicable negotiations and, failing that, by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in [City], with proceedings in English.

15. AMENDMENT
