REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. PURPOSE & SCOPE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which Drishta Vidya LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”) will provide refunds, allow cancellations, or permit rescheduling of its in‑person, virtual, and online training programmes and services (“Services”) purchased directly by individual customers via our website, applications, or authorised partners.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Programme Fee” means the price paid for a specific course, workshop, or subscription, exclusive of taxes.

“Commencement Date” means the scheduled start date/time of the Service as communicated during booking.

3. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

3.1 In‑Person & Live Virtual Programmes

  • 100% refund if cancellation request is received ≥ 14 calendar days before the Commencement Date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation request is received between 13 and 7 days before the Commencement Date.
  • No refund if cancellation request is received < 7 days before the Commencement Date. You may, however, nominate a substitute participant once without additional charge.

3.2 Self‑Paced Online Courses / Digital Products

  • You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or attempted any graded assessment.
  • No refunds are available after certificates have been issued or course completion exceeds 20%.

3.3 Coaching & Consulting Sessions

  • Sessions can be rescheduled once, free of charge, with ≥ 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations (< 24 hours) are deemed “No-Show” and non-refundable.

4. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE BY COMPANY

We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel a Programme due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be offered one of:

  • (a) Rescheduling to the next available date at no additional cost, or
  • (b) A full refund of the Programme Fee paid.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Submit refund requests to refunds@drishtavidya.com with your order number and reason.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Transaction charges, if any, imposed by payment gateways are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. NON‑REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Admission fees, application fees, or deposits marked “non‑refundable”.
  • Downloadable resources, templates, or digital goods once delivered.
  • Group packages once any participant has attended a session.

7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without providing us the opportunity to resolve your concern is a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your eligibility. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
